Job summary

One Ocean Resort & Spa in Orlando is seeking a dedicated hotel associate to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will prepare staff schedules, distribute work, and ensure every room and public area is cleaned to company standards.

The role requires thorough daily inspections and a proactive approach to service. You will train new associates, provide ongoing coaching, handle VIP requests and special arrangements, maintain lost‑and‑found records, and promptly report repairs or safety

• Must demonstrate high work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team to provide great guest experiences.
• Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 10–25 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods.

• Write up work orders for all repairs and immediately report any broken door locks or safety hazards to management for immediate attention.

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.

• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
• Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset
