Description

Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees. Their primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Employees must act as a representative of Regal, adhering to our mission statement and policies, including:

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Handling emergency situations when called upon
• General cleaning duties
• Compliance with our dress code

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

These vary by position:

Box Office

• Operate POS system, handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and discount tickets accurately
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX)
• Promote Regal Crown Club
• Sell tickets according to MPAA ratings and company policy
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally

Concession

• Operate POS, manage cash and inventory
• Promote Regal Crown Club
• Prepare and clean concession equipment
• Upsell products
• Follow food safety laws
• Abide by break and meal period laws
• Maintain alcohol certification if applicable

Usher

• Tear tickets, direct patrons, inspect bags
• Manage crowd control and seat guests
• Enforce MPAA ratings
• Conduct in-theatre inspections
• Report issues to management
• Assist with concession sales and theatre cleanliness

Pay Scale

$18.00/hr

Benefits

Education/Experience
