Job summary

Crestview Senior Living in Cabot, AR, is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) for a floor nurse role. You’ll administer meds, monitor residents, and support care plans within a compassionate, team-based setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Arkansas LPN/RN license and BLS, with experience in long-term or assisted living environments. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required and EHR proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas LPN or RN licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with resident-centered care.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient in EHR systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, documenting changes.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct routine assessments and report concerns to supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for residents.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
