Job summary

Night Owl Pizza & Drinks in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Floor Manager who will lead from the floor, managing day-to-day operations during shifts, directing FOH staff, and ensuring guests receive friendly, efficient service.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to coach team members, handle guest concerns, maintain standards, and step in to resolve issues promptly while keeping energy high during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/hospitality leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach staff and maintain service standards under pressure.
• Proficient cash handling and POS operation.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and ensure smooth service.
• Coach FOH staff and communicate expectations.
• Manage floor coverage, breaks, and staffing needs.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, kitchen leadership, and managers.
• Handle shift paperwork and deposits as assigned.
• Identify issues and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Lead by example and maintain positive energy.
