Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of restaurant, private club, resort, hotel, or upscale hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dining room service and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop service employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor and oversee dining room service from opening to closing.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and host stand to ensure service excellence.
• Develop and coach front-of-house staff to uphold service standards.
• Monitor table settings, pacing, and guest satisfaction.
