About the Role

As a Floor Manager, you will support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will oversee daily store operations, lead and support stylist team members, and ensure the store aligns with brand standards and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead on the shop floor, ensuring processes run smoothly and customers receive excellent service.
  2. Support online customer service efforts, managing queries across various channels.
  3. Work with the customer experience team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  4. Act as a product ambassador, inspiring customers and team members.
  5. Display products effectively to maximize sales and brand experience.
  6. Manage store operations, team deployment, and business performance.
  7. Handle people management tasks such as performance reviews and investigations.
  8. Create floor plans and rotas to set the store up for success.
