THE ROLE

As a floor manager, you will support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.

You will view your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area, supporting in-store, online, and partnership shopping experiences. You will also lead and support stylist team members in responding to customer inquiries via our online customer service system.

The role requires organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure an excellent in-store customer experience and to represent the AllSaints brand compellingly.

Leadership of the stylist team will be crucial, focusing on coaching, motivating, and helping team members meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Spending most of your day on the shop floor, trading with stylist teams, and ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer experience.
  • Leading and supporting stylist team members with customer queries via emails, chats, and calls related to products and orders.
  • Partnering with our customer experience leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
  • Becoming an expert ambassador for our products, inspiring customers and team members alike.
  • Ensuring products are well showcased, following guidelines, and prominently displaying best-sellers.
  • Managing daily store operations and team deployment, supporting your team’s development.
  • Collaborating with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
  • Handling people matters like return-to-work interviews, investigations, and performance reviews.
  • Creating and implementing floor plans and rotas to set up the store for success.

AllSaints offers a competitive hourly rate, monthly commission, clothing benefits, discounts, and management incentives. The pay range is $18.00 - $19.00 USD/hour, plus monthly commission.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region includes 71 stores across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship in New York City. Our main studio is in Los Angeles, near West Hollywood, CA.
