Opened in December 2008, L’Artusi is named after Pellegrino Artusi (1820-1911) and his cookbook La Scienza in Cucina e L’Arte di Mangiare Bene. The kitchen is part of the Epicurean Group family, led by Executive Chef Joe Vigorito, General Manager Erin Fisher, Beverage Director Anncherie Saludo, and Managing Partner Kevin Garry, all sharing expertise in Italian epicurean hospitality.
Chef Vigorito's modern take on traditional Italian cuisine complements our extensive Italian wine list, featuring regional selections with DOC and DOCG classifications, alongside local dishes to demystify Italy's diverse viticultural heritage.
Our 110-seat restaurant offers two floors of comfortable banquette seating, an extended traditional bar, cheese bar, and a chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. Private dining options are available in our 2,500-bottle walk-in wine cellar.
L’Artusi is open for dinner 7 days a week and offers brunch on Sundays.
