Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a 2nd Shift supervisor in Friona, TX. You will lead a close-knit warehouse team on a Monday–Friday 4pm–12:30am schedule, supervise staff, and ensure efficient inbound/outbound operations and accurate inventory management on the floor.

The role emphasizes on-the-floor leadership, employee development, and driving results in a collaborative culture. Must be able to work in cold storage environments and lift 40 lbs as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Able to work in cold storage (-20 F / -25 C) or hot dry storage (up to 100 F / 37 C).
• Must lift at least 40 lbs. and wear PPE.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Noise levels can be high in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties to direct reports.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and organize inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources; track time and production records.
• Track warehouse activities, sales, records, and purchasing for product availability.
