Job summary

SMC Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead safety room floor personnel in molding and assembly operations.

You will monitor shift performance, ensure quality, and uphold clean room standards, while coordinating with Quality and Scheduling teams to meet delivery dates. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills, with familiarity in ISO, FDA, GMP, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated prioritization and multi-tasking abilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; detail oriented and team player.
• Ability to understand and implement ISO, FDA, GMP, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety room floor personnel to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Set up and operate molding/assembly equipment per validated processes.
• Train and develop temporary and full-time staff on standard work instructions.
• Ensure clean room processes and maintain line clearance and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Quality, Scheduling, and other departments to meet delivery and specifications.
