Job summary

Didlake, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Floor Equipment Operator to operate floor care machines (scrubbers, burnishers, polishers) on government-contract facilities. You will perform routine custodial tasks and support site upkeep.

• Experience operating floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor machines (scrubbers, burnishers, polishers) safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain floors and common areas including corridors, restrooms, stairways, lobbies, and other assigned spaces.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment per SOPs.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, replenish supplies, and polish fixtures.
• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional conduct.
• Complete required Didlake training and other duties as assigned.
