Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting on the production floor to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and optimize HMI systems and Allen Bradley controls.
• Support daily operations with Fanuc and Nachi robotics.
• Execute floor-focused control engineering projects as needed.
• Focus on fault isolation over ladder logic development.
• Ensure safety features like light curtains and automatic stops.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operators to resolve issues.
• Document changes to automated assembly cells.
