IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our team in Wisconsin. The role involves surface preparation, paint and flake application, and general job site support.

The candidate should be mechanically inclined, physically capable, and committed to quality craftsmanship. The position offers a consistent 8am-5pm (or later) shift, Mon-Fri, and pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour. Candidates must be comfortable with manual labor and outdoors work.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with manual labor and physically demanding tasks.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work outdoors and get dirty.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinders and prep surfaces for coating.
• Measure and calculate square footage for accurate material use.
• Mix paint products to correct ratios.
• Apply coatings: base coat, flake layer, and topcoats.
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and clean-up.
• Work on hands and knees for extended periods.
• Adapt quickly to changing job duties and environments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
