Job summary

IQ Resource Group is hiring Floor Technicians in Appleton, Wisconsin. You will operate commercial cleaning equipment and perform floor and carpet care across offices, mills, and plants. The role offers weekday schedules with no weekends or holidays and on-the-job training.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required, as well as willingness to work nights. Prior janitorial experience helps; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or commercial flooring experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
• Experience with stripping, waxing and buffing floors.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
