Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Floor Cleaning Technician to clean, maintain, and repair carpeted and hard floor surfaces in commercial facilities with attention to detail and customer service.

Hours vary, with most second shift work. Training is provided, uniforms and PPE are supplied, and pay increases may follow training. English communication is required and a positive work ethic is valued.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and ability to work with others.
• Experience in janitorial or floor care is a plus.
• Leadership or project management experience is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and repair carpeted and hard floor surfaces in facilities.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment and follow safety procedures.
