Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to maintain floors across client locations in the Upper Midwest under limited supervision. You will operate floor machines, sweep, vacuum, perform restroom cleaning, and conduct quality checks as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires first shift and weekend availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
