Carlson Building Maintenance is looking for a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at Carlson client locations. You will operate floor machines, sweep, vacuum, and clean under limited supervision while collaborating with other team members.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• Ability to regularly lift 45 pounds.
• Must be able to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by the needs of the position.
