Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring an entry level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at client sites in the Upper Midwest. You will operate floor machines, vacuum, sweep, and assist with restroom cleaning under limited supervision.

This role requires weekend availability and reliable transportation. We promote from within and provide benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a referral program. 35 hours per week, on-site work.
