Job summary

Tessera is seeking a driven Floor Crew member for our Bremerton, WA location at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The role is full-time, swing shift (2:30pm-11pm) with a $24.07/hour base pay plus a 5% shift differential; we offer comprehensive benefits as part of our compensation package.

Typical duties include floor care tasks, operating cleaning equipment, mixing chemicals, and supporting construction clean-up.

Qualifications

• Prior Floor Crew experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances and installation access.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning).
• Operate floor care machines and equipment as needed.
• Manage cleaning supplies and mop bucket tasks.
• Mix chemicals safely according to instructions.
• Assist with construction clean-up and debris removal.
