Yona Solutions is seeking a Floor Care Technician to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin. You will provide warm, friendly service while maintaining clean and safe floors across our facilities.

The role includes operating floor care equipment, performing hard surface and carpet maintenance, and following all safety protocols. Qualified candidates have prior floor care experience, knowledge of floor care equipment, and the ability to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Must follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be at work on time and at varying times of day/night.
• Must perform responsibilities without supervision and without other assistance.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of floor maintenance principles and uses proper floor care procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing).
• Operates floor care equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet care (shampooing, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Operates floor care equipment as assigned.
