Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English is essential.
• High-school diploma desirable.
• Ability to provide and follow oral, written, and verbal instructions is vital.

• Fulfill any and all pre-employment requirements as deemed necessary by the individual facility and company.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) in offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies and public areas.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment in accordance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Attend all company-designated training as required by manager.
