Job summary

DTK Facility Services in Texas is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain diverse facilities. You will strip, wax, buff floors and shampoo carpets, using industrial equipment, and support general janitorial tasks.

Hours are Mon-Fri 6:00PM-11:00PM at various properties around Houston; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Reliable, detail-oriented team players with a commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience is required.
• Experience with carpet extraction and floor stripping a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff hard floors and shampoo carpets.
• Operate floor care machines and maintain equipment.
• Perform light janitorial tasks and basic maintenance.
• Respond to cleaning needs and support facility maintenance.
• Assist with special cleaning or setup tasks.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
