Job summary

Echelon Care and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. You will operate floor buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet extractors to maintain pristine floors across all areas.

The role requires ability to read and follow cleaning schedules, maintain equipment, and work cooperatively with staff to ensure high standards of hygiene. A health-conscious, team-oriented environment is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Experience with floor care equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy-duty floor care equipment.
• Perform hard-surface floor care across rooms and corridors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and extract dirt from carpeted areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and odor-free environment for residents.
