Job summary

Vi Living's Vi at Grayhawk in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain the community's carpet and hard surfaces, performing routine restoration and minor repairs as needed to keep common areas presentable and safe.

Qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in floor care or related fields, a valid driver's license where applicable, and a commitment to high-quality service in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
• Perform minor repairs as needed and clean common areas of the community.
