ARAMARK is hiring a Floor Technician to maintain, restore and operate industrial floor care equipment at assigned locations. The role focuses on hard floor and carpet care, ensuring cleanliness and safety for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician or related role is preferred.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
• Uses proper procedures on hard floor care (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstery cleaning (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Operates industrial floor care equipment according to schedule for large areas.
• Performs maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Properly processes all MSW, infectious, and pharmaceutical waste.
• Removes trash, recyclables, soiled linen, used supplies; disinfects receptacles and carts as needed.
• Follows Aramark safety standards, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Adheres to Aramark appearance standards and wears PPE.
