Qualifications

• Ability to drive a box truck and lift heavy objects; valid NC driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains floors, walls, and upholstered furniture in assigned buildings.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of facilities operations.
• Works across campus sites as needed.
