• Minimum of one year of floor care experience or completion of GCE Floor Care Certification within 90 days.
• Ability to follow multi-step directions.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to work multiple shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to pass organization screenings including state or federal background screenings.
