Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a TECHNICIAN, FLOOR (FULL TIME) in Helena, MT. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment at St. Peter's Health facility.

The position requires prior floor care experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; shifts may vary M-F with weekend availability for a rotating schedule. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Carry out maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
