Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience as a floor technician is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily floor care including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Perform carpet maintenance such as shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Execute hard floor restoration including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Assist in team support by moving furniture and managing supplies.
