Friendship Village in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a compassionate Floor Tech for the Environmental Services team. This full-time, first shift (7a-3p) role focuses on keeping community spaces and residents' areas clean, including Village Apartments, Woodside, Health Center, Laundry, and Gardens.

The starting pay is $16.00 per hour, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 403(b) plan, paid holidays, and PTO. Join a team that values service, respect, excellence, and friendliness.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping/Laundry preferred but not required.
• A compassionate team player that has initiative and integrity.
• Ability to clean Residents rooms and all areas of FVK with minimal disturbance to inhabitant of same.

Responsabilités

• Maintains floors and carpets throughout Community, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, cleaning carpets, vacuuming, mopping and spot treatment/cleaning.
• Assists with extra assignments and work orders.
• Complete work orders for event set ups and take downs throughout Community.
