Job summary

Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at client sites, under limited supervision. You will work with the Carlson team to deliver quality cleaning services and represent the company professionally to customers and store personnel.

The role includes operating floor machines, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and training new hires.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• Able to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by the needs of the position.
