Job summary

Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at client locations, with supervision provided. You will operate floor machines and contribute to a clean, safe environment as a representative of Carlson.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor machines for cleaning, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing and extraction.
• Perform cleaning tasks on Carlson client locations under limited supervision.
