Job summary

Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at client locations in the Columbus area. This role includes scrubbing, buffing, carpet extraction, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and quality checks under limited supervision.

You will interact with store personnel and the public in a respectful manner; weekend availability is required, and you must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operating floor machines to maintain floor surfaces.
• Sweeping and debris cleanup.
• Vacuuming across areas.
• Restroom cleaning to sanitation standards.
• Quality control checks on cleaned areas.
• Assisting with new hire training.
