Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Sun Prairie, WI. You will maintain hard floors and carpets in a large retail environment, operating professional floor care equipment to build valuable maintenance skills.

No floor care experience is required; training is provided. You must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 45 pounds. This direct-hire role offers a 39.50 hour week with a fixed early-morning schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
