Clean Team in the Northwest Area, OH, is seeking a dependable Floor Technician to support Cleveland/Akron-area operations. You will perform floor-care tasks at commercial facilities, using floor machines, scrubbing, refinishing, and preparing surfaces.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically able to stand and move for long periods, and capable of following written instructions. This role involves coordinating with site personnel, reporting progress, and maintaining supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous floor-care experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform active work.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work location or locations.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor-care tasks as assigned, including scrubbing and refinishing where trained.
• Operate floor machines and related equipment safely.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and prepare surfaces before floor-care work.
• Use approved products and follow dilution and safety directions.
• Protect surrounding areas and post required caution signage.
• Inspect equipment, report issues, and maintain organized supplies.
• Communicate with supervisors about project progress and site needs.
