HES is a premier national provider of facilities management services focused 100% on educational institutions. We are seeking a Floor Technician to join our Denver, CO team to perform comprehensive floor care, including cleaning, scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and finishing of diverse surfaces.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, can operate buffers up to 24 inches and high RPM burnishers, and will follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience required.
• Experience with carpet cleaning and VCT flooring.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing floors.
• Operate floor buffers and burnishers up to 24 inches and 3000 RPM.
• Follow established safety precautions and maintain cleaning equipment.
