Floor Care Tech Responsibilities:
  • Follow maintenance schedule and instructions as outlined in established policies and procedures.
  • Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting daily.
  • Coordinate daily floor care activities with nursing department during routine cleaning in resident areas.
  • Keep work areas free of hazards such as protruding handles, equipment, and supplies.
  • Clean carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting, removing dirt, dust, grease, and film using proper solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school education preferred.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
