  • Coordinate cleaning activities in resident areas with nursing staff.

Heartwood Lodge is seeking a Floor Care Tech (Floor Technician) for their community in Spring Lake, MI.

Floor Care Tech Responsibilities:
  • Follow maintenance schedule/instructions as outlined in established policies and procedures.
  • Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting daily.
  • Coordinate daily floor care activities with nursing department when performing routine cleaning in resident living and recreational areas.
  • Maintain work areas free of hazards such as protruding mop/broom handles and unnecessary equipment.
  • Clean carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting using proper cleaning solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school education preferred.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
