Vonachen Group is a full-service facility maintenance provider hiring a part-time Floor Tech for the 2nd shift in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on floor care using the latest custodial equipment while maintaining safety and quality.

The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with benefits including PTO and 401(k), and daily pay available. The candidate should be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and have 2–4 years in floor care.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care and cleaning tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work with supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform general floor care: dust, mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, bonnet.
• Execute periodic floor care: scrub and wax, strip and wax, pressure wash as needed.
• Manage floor equipment and supplies; maintain a safe work environment.
