Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate carpet care and hard floor equipment.
• Carpet care experience preferred; DOT certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard floor surfaces: scrubbing, mopping, waxing.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces: extraction, vacuuming, drying.
• Clean doors, walls, and windows.
• Remove trash and recyclables following procedures.
• Move furniture in common areas and apartments.
• Deliver residents' items to storage, vehicles or apartments.
• Operate housekeeping equipment/vehicles safely.
