Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Floor Tech responsible for cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors throughout the facility. You will operate floor-care equipment safely and maintain activity records while reporting maintenance or safety issues.

What you bring: a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to infection control and excellent service for residents and staff in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions daily.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in rooms and common areas.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of floor care activities and report safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
