Red Coats, Inc. is seeking a dedicated on-site supervisor at our Carlisle, PA location to lead cleaning teams and ensure high standards of floor care across commercial properties.

The role requires supervisory and cleaning experience, the ability to read English, and adherence to safety and budget guidelines. You will manage tasks, schedules, and training while coordinating with property managers and staff.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE PRIOR SUPERVISORY AND CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
• MUST ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
• Must be able to READ ENGLISH.
• Must be able to PASS A BACKGROUND SCREENING.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsabilités

• Assigns tasks to cleaners and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
• Issues supplies and equipment according to established budget.
• Reviews and approves employees' hours worked on time sheets ensuring compliance with established budget.
• Requisitions cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Submits requests for repair of cleaning equipment to Manager.
• Maintains building security through access cards and keys.
• Interviews and hires new employees—verifying paperwork and documentation; conducting orientation on company policies and procedures.
• Monitors all employees for safety compliance on using chemicals and electrical equipment.
