Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

• Interviews and hires new employees—verifying paperwork and documentation; conducting orientation on company policies and procedures.

Red Coats, Inc., one of the largest cleaning companies, is hiring personnel for the 1707 Shearer Road, Carlisle PA 17013. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team!

responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and restoring various types of floor surfaces in commercial buildings, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and sometimes repairing hard floors, as well as vacuuming and shampooing carpets, using specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals while adhering to safety protocols.

Must have experience working with various types of floor equipment to include High and Low speed scrubber, auto scrubbers, carpet extraction equipment, and side by side scrubbers. Have knowledge of surface types and what chemicals to use on them. Stripping, waxing, and buffing experience is required.

• Actively participates and promotes the quality process through QARs and teamwork.
• Resolves employees' problems or refers matter to Regional/Account Manager when appropriate.
• Performs duties of supervised cleaners when necessary.
• Performs such other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Recruit as needed on site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
