Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to maintain clean floors and hygienic spaces across resident areas. The role includes scrubbing, waxing, and routine room cleaning, with a focus on safety and infection control in a healthcare setting.

The successful candidate will have custodial experience, knowledge of cleaning tools, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort.

Formación

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus).
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus.
• Commitment to a hygienic, safe environment.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring.
• Scrubbing, polishing, and waxing floors of all types.
• Routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces per schedules.
• Replenish supplies in designated areas.
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens per infection control procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Duties as assigned.
