Job summary

Heritage Oaks in Saint Simons, GA is seeking a dedicated full-time Day shift housekeeping associate. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for our patients as part of a mission-driven, non-profit organization known for high-quality care and supportive leadership.

Starting pay is $15.29/hour with weekly pay. Benefits include PTO with cash-out, 7 holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life and disability, 401(k) with match, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
• Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
• Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
