Job summary

Heritage Oaks Group is seeking a part-time day shift cleaner to maintain a safe, welcoming environment in our Georgia centers. You will perform floor care, surface cleaning, waste removal, and light maintenance following center procedures to support high-quality patient care.

Starting pay is $14.20 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including Vision Insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and a referral bonus program. No advanced degree required; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to communicate with patients and associates in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and wet mop tile floors.
• May spray buff, strip or wax floors per center procedure.
• Report to supervisor any carpeted areas needing cleaning.
• Vacuum carpeted rooms as applicable.
• Dust and damp clean surfaces in patient rooms.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Clean bathroom fixtures and toilets per procedure.
• Clean glass surfaces such as mirrors and windows.
• Move furniture to clean behind/underneath according to procedures.
• Turn bed mattresses after cleaning.
• Prepare dining area after meals and wipe tables.
• Change curtains and draperies on outside windows as needed.
• Remove and rehung curtains for outside windows with a ladder.
• Sweep outside porches and walkways; pick up trash.
