Fundamental is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain flooring across our care facility, ensuring safety and cleanliness for patients and families. The role supports a safe, welcoming environment for those receiving care.

Shifts are 6a-2p and 10a-6p with rotating weekends, and opportunities include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, fluent English, and carpet/vinyl plank experience; long-term care history is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent English spoken and written is required.
• 1-2 years of carpet and vinyl plank experience preferred.
• Previous Floor Technician experience in long term care preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and maintains flooring throughout the facility.
• Ensures that safety measures are taken for residents and employees while flooring is being cleaned.
• May perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
