Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) in Greenville, SC is seeking a Floor Care Manager to lead floor care operations, including carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, buffing, and window cleaning. The role requires coordinating day-to-day tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality service across sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in floor care, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to train staff on floor cleaning techniques.
Effective communication and ability to work independently or lead a small team.
Willingness to travel between job sites as required.

Responsibilities

Oversee and perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, and window cleaning.
Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Maintain and service floor equipment; report worn or broken gear promptly.
Lead training and supervision of staff; schedule recurring jobs and floor techs.
Ensure security of buildings and company assets after completing work.
