Description
The Floorcare Maintenance Technicianrole within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for floor maintenance, upholstery cleaning and temporary coverage forroutine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-office facilities.
In this role you will be provided a portfolio of sites where it will be your responsibility to complete floor maintenance duties that include stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of various floor types. Work orders will be issued for each location to complete twice yearly.

The salary range for this position is $20.71 - $31.07per hour. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
