SBM Offshore is seeking a Floor Tech Lead to coordinate the Floor Care program, inspect areas and equipment, and ensure OSHA compliance. The role includes training staff, maintaining records, and generating regular reports.

Shifts are typically Tues-Sat and Sun-Thurs, 10pm-5am, with compensation of $18.54-$19.54 per hour. The position carries no supervisory responsibilities and requires ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor Floor Care activities.
• Train employees on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect and audit areas and equipment for compliance.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Track inventory of equipment and supplies and ensure proper PPE use.
